Jawad Misses Everything

Level 21 : Blinds 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante

After tangling in the previous hand, Tomoki Matsuda opened to 80,000 before Amro Jawad raised the pot from the small blind. That left around 20,000 behind, but Matuda opted just to call.

The dealer fanned out the 1010J flop, where Matsuda called the rest of Jawad's chips and the hands were turned up.

Amro Jawad: AKQ82 All in
Tomoki Matsuda: A8642

Despite missing the flop, Matsuda was priced in and had Jawad at risk again. The 5 turn changed nothing, while the 4 river left Matsuda as the only one to improve.

The table reacted in disbelief as they realized that Jawad was eliminated, while Matsuda added more chips to his stack.

Big Stacks Battle

Level 20 : Blinds 8,000/16,000, 16,000 ante

With action being picked up on the flop on a K43 board, Bradley Coultas in the small blind bet out 100,000 before Todd Barlow potted it to 425,000 in early position. Coultas then three-bet all in for Barlow's last 156,000, which he called.

Todd Barlow: AJ862 All in
Bradley Coultas: AA832

Coultas was ahead with his pair of aces, but Barlow had plenty of outs in the form of a flush or straight. When the board ran out 4 on the turn and 7 on the river, Barlow did improve to the nut flush, and took the high hand. Both players had ace-deuce for the low, leaving Coultas quartered.

Nathan Gamble
Nathan Gamble

Paul Fehlig called from under the gun, with Damjan Radanov doing the same on the button. Nathan Gamble made the call from the small blind before Matthew Kaplan checked his big blind option.

A round of checks followed the J53 flop before the J turn produced the same result. The dealer then flipped over the J river, with Gamble, Kaplan and Fehlig checking one more time.

Radanov then took a stab at the pot by tossing out a bet of 30,000, which was quickly met by a check-raise from Gamble for the pot. Kaplan and Fehlig got out of the way, while Radanov also quickly mucked and Gamble took it down.
