Wang Misses Draw and Gets Eliminated

Level 10 : Blinds 1,000/1,500, 1,500 ante

The action folded around to Grant Wang in the small blind who limped in, and Rodney Assous checked his big blind.

On the 594 flop, Wang checked, Assous bet 2,000, Wang shoved all in, and Assous called off the extra chips which put Wang at risk.

Grant Wang: 63 All in
Rodney Assous: 93

Wang had an open-ended straight draw but never managed to hit it as neither the Q turn nor J river offered any help.

Kaikhah Has a Lot of Love for the Flop

Level 10 : Blinds 1,000/1,500, 1,500 ante

Ramin Kaikhah was involved in a preflop-raising war with an opponent in the cutoff which resulted in them both getting their chips in the middle.

Cutoff: AA All in
Ramin Kaikhah: A9

Kaikhah was way behind but an all-heart flop of KQ6 gave him a huge lead in the hand. Only running cards could save the player in the cutoff but the 5 turn and J river were no help.
