Moskowitz Halves Christ as Shoreman Joins

Level 2 : 200/400, 400 ante

Arriving on a flop of 923, Michael Christ checked to David Moskowitz, who made a bet of 21,000. Christ called to see the 6 turn, on which he lead-jammed all in.

Moskowitz snap called and chips and tabled A10754 for the nut low and nut straight. Christ only had the low with his AA1084, and got quartered when the river bricked out.

The chips were counted and Moskowitz had Christ covered, meaning that Christ surrendered half of his chips to his opponent. Meanwhile, Jon Shoreman also joined this table.

Dawson Drags in an Early Pot

Level 1 : Blinds 200/300, 300 ante

Eric Dawson limped in under the gun before a player in late position raised to 1,400. Joseph Couden called from the small blind and Dawson made the call from under the gun.

Couden checked the K9J flop to which Dawson led out for 4,800. Only Couden made the call.

Both players checked the 9 turn to see the 8 fall on the river. Couden led out for 12,100 and Dawson made the call. Couden showed AKQ45. This was second best to the K9XxXxXx of Dawson for a full house, as he pulls in a substantial pot early in the day
