Picking up the action on the river, Joey Weissman from the cutoff was involved in a hand with Aliaksei Boika in the big blind.
With the board reading 2♠6♥10♥K♣Q♣, Boika checked to Weissman, who bet 115,000 into a pot of roughly 95,000. Boika used a time extension as he pondered his decision, eventually opting for a call. He mucked, however, after Weissman tabled K♠Q♥ for top two pair.
Aleksejs Ponakovs limped the small blind before Dimitar Danchev raised to 23,000 in the big blind.
Ponakovs three-bet to 62,000 before Danchev put in a four-bet to 135,000. After a few moments, Ponakovs surrendered his cards.
Players have been sent on another 15-minute break. They will return to blinds of 4,000/8,000 with an 8,000 big blind ante.
The World Series of Poker (WSOP) is making a move that will change the online poker game in the US with the launch of WSOP Online, a new platform that will bring players from three states together.
Poker players in Nevada and New Jersey are already competing against each other on WSOP.com, while those in Michigan have a separate single-state site. But that is changing with the trio of states being merged together on one online poker site ahead of the 2024 WSOP. Pennsylvania's WSOP site will not be part of the shared liquidity deal.
On top of the merger news, the WSOP has announced 30 online bracelet events this summer on the new WSOP Online.

John Hennigan opened to 17,000 from middle position and was called by Justin Bonomo on the button. Action then folded to Thomas Boivin in the big blind. He decided to wager it all, pushing his stack of 367,000 into the middle. Hennigan quickly got out of the way but Bonomo did not immediately fold. After some thought, however, he decided against a call and mucked his cards.
Brek Schutten raised to 16,000 from the hijack and Nacho Barbero shoved all in from the small blind for 125,000. When it got back to Schutten, he made the call.
