Picking up the action on the turn, Quan Zhou in middle position was involved in a hand with David Coleman in the big blind.
With the board reading J♥4♦3♠A♠ Coleman checked to Zhou. He bet 40,000 and, after some consideration, Coleman called.
Action checked to Zhou once more on the 6♦ river. This time he sized up a bet to 125,000 with Coleman quickly getting out of the way.
The action folded around to Espen Jorstad as he put on his shades and raised to 9,000 from the hijack. Only Seth Davies made the call from the big blind.
The dealer spread a flop of 10♣7♥5♦ and Davies check-called a continuation bet of 24,000 from Jorstad.
When the J♥ fell on the turn, Davies checked once again before Jorstad continued with a bet of 60,000. Davies cards flung into the muck and Jorstad took off his shades as he pulled in the pot.
Chance Kornuth made it 10,000 from the hijack and Jason Koon called from the cutoff. Francisco Benitez called on the button and Andrew Pacheco came along from the big blind.
On the 6♥7♥7♦ flop, Pacheco checked, Kornuth bet 13,000, Koon folded, Benitez called, and Pacheco folded.
Both players checked the 5♦ turn and J♥ river. Kornuth tabled K♥10♦ for king-high, but Benitez had the winner with 10♣10♥.
Frank Funaro opened to 8,000 from middle position before Phil Ivey three-bet to 27,000 one seat over. Action folded back around to Funaro, who called.
Ivey continued for 10,000 after Funaro checked to him on the 3♦3♣2♠ flop. Funaro again flatted.
Funaro checked for a second time following the 10♥ turn and Ivey took the opportunity to make it 60,000 to call. As on the flop, Funaro called.
Both players checked to showdown once the Q♥ river completed the board. Funaro tabled 10♦10♣ for the turned boat to take down a large pot.
Stephen Chidwick opened from middle position and was called by Alex Kulev in the big blind.
Both of them checked the 2♠6♣5♥ flop leading to the 4♦ turn, where Kulev led out for 39,000. Chidwick called.
On the A♠ river, Kulev checked and let Chidwick bet 105,000. Kulev quickly folded and Kulev scooped the pot.
Five players limped to see the A♣10♠9♥ flop and the action checked to Masashi Oya on the button as he fired 10,000 into the middle. The blinds folded before Curtis Meeks and David Coleman made the call.
When the 8♦ fell on the turn, all three players checked to see the 5♣ on the river. Meeks flung 50,000 across the line and Coleman made the call before Oya mucked his hand.
"Nothing, King." Meeks said as he rolled K♥J♥.
Coleman quickly tabled A♠8♠ for two pair as he pulled in the pot.
Francisco Benitez raised to 8,000 preflop from middle position and was called by Chongxian Yang in the hijack. Chance Kornuth came along from the small blind, as did the player in the big blind.
An all-club flop of 4♣5♣7♣ was laid out which saw Kornuth lead out for 9,000. All of the other three players in the pot called.
The 2♣ fell on the turn and the action checked to Benitez who bet 27,000. Yang and Kornuth both folded but the big blind called.
Both checked the 10♣ river and the big blind showed 8♦3♣ for a slightly higher flush than was on board, but Benitez had the winner with his K♣Q♦.
With about 50,000 in the middle, the board read 5♥5♠2♥9♦10♣ and Barak Wisbrod was in the tank after betting 3,000 as he was faced with a raise of 105,000 from Nick Petrangelo.
After about two minutes, Wisbrod shook his head with frustration and mucked his hand.
