Danchev Puts Jager to the Test

Paul Jager raised to 25,000 in the cutoff and Dimitar Danchev moved all in from the small blind, putting Jager at risk.

After some thought, Jager eventually tossed his cards into the muck.

Wilson Off to Great Start

Brock Wilson got his entire stack into the middle from the big blind against Morten Klein from under the gun.

Wilson was ahead and all but wrapped up the hand on the 63K flop. The 5 turn confirmed his full double prior to the inconsequential 10 river.

On the next hand, Mikita Badziakouski opened to 25,000 from the cutoff and then flatted after Wilson three-bet to 85,000 out of the small blind.

Both players checked through the J2J flop and K turn to the 10 river at which point Wilson bet out 145,000. Badziakouski thought for some time but eventually did lay down his hand to keep Wilson's hot start to Day 2 going.

Green Takes it on the Turn

Isaac Haxton raised to 27,000 first-to-act and was called by Brian Green in the cutoff and Alex Kulev in the big blind.

Kulev checked to Haxton on the 2Q9 flop and he continued for 25,000. Green called and Kulev folded.

The 3 fell on the turn and Haxton check-folded facing an 80,000 bet from Green.

Action folded around to Brandon Wilson in the small blind, who completed, and Aleksejs Ponakovs checked in the big blind.

The flop came 6Q2, and Wilson bet-called a raise to 40,000 from Ponakovs.

On the 7 turn, Wilson check-raised to 200,000 over Ponakovs' bet of 100,000. Ponakovs made the call.

The river brought the 8, and Wilson bet 186,000, leaving 1,000 behind. Ponakovs made the call. Wilson tabled Q2, for two pair, queens and deuces, to take down the pot.

Sturm Leads the Turn

Roberto Perez raised to 24,000 from under the gun and found one caller in Leon Sturm in the big blind.

Sturm check-called a 24,000 bet from Perez on the 876 flop and then led out for 30,000 after the 7 paired the turn.

Perez let his hand go after a bit of thought and the defending champion collected the pot.

Aldemir Shoves on Kornuth

Chance Kornuth opened up from middle position and Koray Aldemir called out of the big blind.

They both saw a flop of 1025 which Aldemir initially checked, Kornuth bet 18,000, Aldemir check-raised to 46,000, and Kornuth called.

The turn brought a 6 and after giving it some thought, Aldemir shoved for around 180,000. Kornuth announced a fold then tossed his cards back to the dealer.

The flop came 5AK and Yang continued with a bet of 28,000. Martirosian made the call.

On the 2 turn, Yang bet again, this time for 45,000. Martirosian raised to 500,000, putting Yang all-in, who had about 260,000 behind.

After some thought, Yang tossed his cards into the muck.
