2024 World Series of Poker
Picking up the action on the flop, Alex Livingston in the big blind was involved in a hand with a player in the small blind as well as a player in middle position.
With the board reading 4♠Q♥6♦ action checked through to the 7♦ turn at which point the small blind checked again. Livingston bet 10,000 and was met by two swift folds to keep the Canadian adding to his stack.
Christopher Vitch opened 4,000 from early position and only the small blind made the call.
The dealer spread a flop of 8♣5♦3♥, and the small blind quickly checked to Vitch who eyed his stack before pushing a stack of reds across the line. The small blind had 8,500 remaining and snap-mucked his hand.

David Wang: K♠Q♠J♣9♣
Opponent: K♣K♥7♥4♥
Opponent Two: K♦10♥8♠Xx
Scott Eskenazi: A♠A♣J♦8♦
The 10♦7♠5♣10♣9♠ run out gave Eskenazi a straight to eliminate all three players as he chipped up to be at the top of the leaderboard.
Action picked up with Miguel Use and Shaun Deeb potting and re-potting each other until Use was eventually all in on a board of 5♣10♦9♥K♦.
Miguel Use: K♥Q♦J♦9♠
Shaun Deeb: A♣Q♥J♠9♦
The river brought the 8♦, and as Deeb was counting out the chips he owed to Use, the dealer asked, "Who won it?" Deeb replied, "Probably the flush."
Christopher Vitch opened to 3,000 from early position and was called by a player on the button.
Vitch checked on the 6♥7♥4♦ flop before calling a bet of 3,000 from his opponent.
The A♦ turn saw Vitch check again. His opponent pushed 12,000 into the middle but was unable to get rid of Vitch, who called.
Vitch bet out big after the Q♥ river completed the board. The button player went into the tank and emerged having decided on a fold to keep Vitch stacking chips.
The 10♦6♠2♣K♦Q♣ board was on the felt and once checked to, Michael Rocco fired a pot-sized bet of 7,400 across the line.
The only opponent in the hand went deep into the tank, thinking about it for about a minute before opting to make the call.
Rocco tabled K♥J♦9♣9♠ for a straight and his opponent flashed the 9♥ before mucking his hand.
