Jaffe Cracks Aces to Bust Schulman
Level 16
: Blinds 80,000/160,000, 160,000 ante
Nick Schulman opened to 320,000 from the hijack and Jonathan Jaffe defended his big blind.
Jaffe check-raised to 625,000 over a bet of 240,000 on the J♣10♣6♣ flop. Schulman called.
Jaffe sized up to 750,000 on the K♦ turn, and again, Schulman stuck around.
Jaffe, the bigger stack, jammed on the 10♥ river. Schulman, who had around 2,250,000 behind, used up two of his three time banks before flicking in a one-chip call.
Jaffe tabled K♣Q♣ for a flopped flush, besting Schulman's A♠A♥ to send the latter to the rail.
