A player opened from the cutoff and Chad Eveslage defended from the big blind. Both players drew two.

After the first draw Eveslage bet and was called by his opponent. Eveslage took one while his opponent took another two.

Eveslage bet again after the second draw and once again the player in the cutoff made the call. This time both players drew one.

With no draws remaining Eveslage bet once more and was called by his opponent. Eveslage tabled a ten with 10x8x7x3x2x which was enough to take down a decent pot.

Mao Takes from Sun

Renji Mao opened from under the gun and was called by Ruth Sun on the button and a player in the small blind, who drew three while both Sun and Mao took two each.

After the first draw the small blind checked, Mao bet and both Sun and the small blind called. Sun drew one while the other two players each took two.

Action checked around to Sun who bet after the second draw. The small blind folded, Mao raised to two bets and Sun called. Both players stood pat.

With no draws remaining Sun called a final bet from Mao, who turned over a seven with 7x4x3x2xAx which was good enough to take the pot.

Arieh on the Brink While O'Dell Pads His Stack

A-5 Triple Draw

Josh Arieh opened from the hijack and was called by players in the cutoff and button as well as Frankie O'Dell in the big blind. The button drew one while the other three players took two each.

After the first draw O'Dell bet, Arieh and the cutoff called and the player on the button raised to two bets. All three opponents made the call. O'Dell drew one, Arieh and the cutoff drew two each and the button stood pat.

The player on the button bet when checked to after the second draw. O'Dell called, Arieh folded, leaving just 3,500 behind and the cutoff called. O'Dell and the button stood pat while the player in the cutoff drew two.

With no draws remaining all three remaining players checked. The button had a seven-six-five with 7x6x5x4x3x but O'Dell had him beat with 7x6x4x3x2x for a seven-six-four to take the pot.

Kevin Gerhart was forced all in from the big blind, at risk against two opponents. Gerhart asked for four cards on the first draw, seeing the other two players draw two and check.

Gerhart then patted the second draw as both opponents took two and checked again. Another pat from Gerhart saw him turn up 8x6x5x4x2x for an eight-six, good enough to triple up for the moment.

A few hands later, Gerhart had lost those chips and was headed to the exit.

Deeb Takes from Zolotow

Action was picked up between three players just before the second draw with around 10,000 already in the middle. Steve Zolotow drew one from the small blind, a player in the big blind drew one and Shaun Deeb drew two from the hijack.

After the second draw Zolotow bet and was called by both opponents. All three players drew one.

With no draws remaining action checked around to Deeb who bet. Zolotow called while the big blind got out of the way.

Deeb tabled A432 for a three-card four which was good enough to take the pot.

Meanwhile at another table, Matthew Schreiber has amassed one of the top stacks in the room so far at just under 160,000 chips.

Scott Drobes opened from the hijack and Josh Arieh defended from the big blind. Both players drew two.

After the first draw Arieh check-called a bet from Drobes and drew one while Drobes stood pat.

Arieh checked again for the first draw and Drobes bet. Arieh raised to two big bets and Drobes made the call. Both players stood pat for the final draw and checked.

Arieh announced he had an eight-six but Drobes tabled a seven with 7x5x4x3x2x to take the pot.
