Action was picked up between two players after the first draw. Ryan Hoenig checked from the hijack and called a bet from Matthew Schreiber who was on the button. Schreiber stood pat while Hoenig took one.

After the second draw Hoenig check-called another bet from Schreiber and drew one while Schreiber stood pat again.

With no draws remaining Schreiber bet, putting himself all in in the process, and Hoenig called. Schreiber tabled an eight-badugi with 8743 and doubled up.

Walter Chambers raised from the cutoff and was called by Ismael Bojang on the button and Patrick Moulder in the big blind. Chambers drew two cards, Moulder one, and Bojang two.

Chambers then continued with another bet and received two calls. Moulder decided to stay pat, while the other two players drew one.

Moulders then bet, Chambers called, and Bojang raised. Moulders folded his pat hand but Chambers called the extra bet and exchanged one.

Bojang stood pat and won the pot when Chambers check-folded to his final bet.

Meanwhile, on another table, Nick Guagenti was eliminated from the tournament, leaving the field on the stone bubble.

Walter Chambers opened from the button, folding out all other players except Dennis Kim who was down to his last 1,000 in the big blind and automatically all in.

Kim drew two for each draw while Chambers drew three, then drew one, then stood pat.

Kim needed to catch at least one non-pairing card below a ten but bricked out after catching Jx4x on the final draw. Chambers was good at showdown with a ten and he took the pot while Kim was eliminated on the stone bubble.

Shawn Buchanan raised from the hijack and Russell Clayton called on the button. Ilija Savevski then called all in for less in the big blind and drew three cards.

Buchanan needed two cards while Clayton just took one. Buchanan and Clayton checked for the side pot, after which Savevski drew two cards.

Buchanan drew two as well before Clayton took one. Clayton fired a bet and got a quick check-fold from Buchanan. Both Savevski and Clayton stood pat, and they showed down.

Savevski showed 9x7x6x4x3x for a nine-low, but was busted when he saw the 8x6x5x3x2x of Clayton, who raked in the pot.

On another table, Eita Sakai also took his leave.
