Paul Zappulla opened to 5,000 from the cutoff, but Aleksejs Ponakovs on the button three-bet to 18,000. Robert Mizrachi in the big blind then four-bet to 47,100. Zappulla folded, and Ponakovs eventually called.
Mizrachi continued for 16,000 on a flop of A♠6♥4♠, and fired a second barrel of 26,000 on the A♣ turn. Ponakovs called the first time, but folded on the turn.
