Chris Brewer raised to 200,000 in the hijack as Daniel Negreanu and Dylan Smith came along from the blinds.
Brewer continued for 150,000 on the 7♠3♦3♣ flop and Negreanu folded. Smith, though, raised to 500,000 and Brewer quickly called.
Both players checked the 10♣ turn. Smith took several minutes before he checked the 7♥ river, and Brewer checked back and showed J♥J♦5♠5♥. Smith mucked K♦Q♥4♠2♥ and Brewer took the pot to extend his chip lead.
