Blom Has the Best Ten

Level 10

No-Limit 2-7 Single Draw

Viktor Blom raised to 12,000 first-to-act and was called by Jason Mercier in the small blind and David Benyamine in the big blind.

All three players took one off and action checked to Blom, who bet 26,000.

Mercier let his hand go and Benyamine decided to look Blom up.

"I have a ten," Blom said.

"Ten what?" Benyamine asked.

"Ten-seven," Blom answered. Benyamine nodded his head and Blom fanned out 10x7x6x4x3x as advertised to claim the pot.

Arieh Gets Short and More Than Doubles

Level 10
Josh Arieh
Josh Arieh

Seven-Card Stud

Josh Arieh: XxXx / 1087A / Xx
Viktor Blom: J55 / JJ89

Josh Arieh completed and Viktor Blom called with a jack. Blom then paired his open jack and bet for Arieh to call. The same action repeated on fifth and sixth street before Blom also bet seventh. Arieh raised only for Blom to make it three bets.

"I should have just called," Arieh sighed ... then added "maybe you just have nines full" before he tossed in calling chips. Blom had jacks full of fives and won the pot as Arieh flashed his cards for what appeared to be tens in the hole.

Jason Mercier: XxXx / 6J108 / Xx
Michael Rocco: XxXx / 7AJ folded on fifth street
Josh Arieh: 567 / QA7Q
Viktor Blom: XxXx / 42 folded on fourth street

Three players then limped in for the bring in and Jason Mercier bet fourth street when checked to. Michael Rocco called and so did Arieh. The latter then bet fifth street with a single 1,000 chip behind. Mercier called and Rocco folded as Mercier joked he "might make a better open board" than Arieh.

However, Arieh paired his queen on sixth and Mercier grinned. Both remaining streets were checked behind by Mercier and Arieh won the pot with his two pair. They talked about the hand and Arieh joked "I cost myself one thousand chips" as the final chip had not gone into the middle.

"I did this keeping one chip behind thing," Arieh added and John David Rogers replied "I didn't know that was a thing in stud games".

Racener and Anderson Chop up Some of Chidwick's Chips

Level 10

Pot-Limit Omaha

Stephen Chidwick raised to 21,000 from the cutoff and was called by John Racener on the button and Calvin Anderson in the big blind.

All three players checked on the 297 flop and then Anderson led out for 38,000 on the 6 turn. Chidwick called and Racener announced he was all in for 165,000 total.

Anderson called to put Racener at risk and Chidwick got out of the way.

John Racener: KQ108All in
Calvin Anderson: AJ108

Mizrachi Leads Feature Table; Katz Doubles

Level 10

Pot-Limit Omaha

Cary Katz had apparently just played one hand and lost half of his stack to quads while Michael Mizrachi further built his already large stack. Just now, Katz on the button ended up all-in and at risk for 83,000 on the 652J turn against Bryce Yockey in the hijack.

Cary Katz: KJ95 All in
Bryce Yockey: KQQ10

Yockey had plenty of outs to score the knockouts, which Katz iterated on the live stream table. When the 10 fell on the river, Katz said "there it is" and was ready to leave. However, he had not lost but improved from two pair to a straight for the double.
