After starting out with 64 players, one of the most prestigious events in the World Series of Poker is down to its final four in Event #6: $25,000 Heads-Up No-Limit Hold'em Championship.
The remaining four players are headlined by former World Series Of Poker bracelet winners Faraz Jaka and Artur Martirosian. Joining them in the semifinals is Nikolai Mamut, and Darius Samual.
Jaka is looking to win his second WSOP bracelet, winning his first in 2023 when he claimed victory in the $1,500 SHOOTOUT No-Limit Hold'em event. Jaka reached the semifinals after making a big comeback on Sam Soverel in the Round of 16, before eliminating Owen Messere in the quarterfinals.
Martirosian, 2023 winner of WSOP Online Bracelet: $10,000 Heads Up NLH Championship, cracked the kings of Cary Katz after he rivered a flush to secure the victory in the Round of 16. He then went on to defeat Pattrick Kennedy in the quarterfinals to clinch his spot in the semifinals.
Jaka will take on Mamut on one side of the bracket, while Martirosian will be facing off against Samual in the other semifinal match.

The four players left in the field have already locked up $180,000 and will compete for the top prize of $500,000 and the coveted gold bracelet.

When the action resumes, they will start with 2,400,000 chips, with 20-minute blind levels beginning at 6,000/12,000.
The semifinal is set to begin at 12 p.m. local time at the Horseshoe and Paris in Las Vegas., followed by the final, which is scheduled to start at 5 p.m.

After trading a few preflop pots back and forth, Artur Martirosian has taken a small lead in the match.
On a flop of 6♠7♦J♣ Martirosian check-called a 45,000 bet from Darius Samual from the big blind.
Both players then checked down on the 3♥ turn and 6♣ river.
"I've got a six," Martirosian said as he tabled 4♠6♥ for the goods. Samual mucked and Martirosian dragged the pot.

Darius Samual called the 12,000 from the button, when Artur Martirosian raised it up to 48,000. Samual elected to make the call and see a flop.
The flop came 5♣Q♣3♥, Martirosian bet out 32,000, which Samual called.
On the turn was the 8♥, once again Martirosian bet, this time over the size of pot, for the amount of 200,000. Samual, uses most of his time bank before making the call.
With 560,000 in the pot, the 4♥ on the river completed the board, which both players elected to check.
Martirosian announced "three" before tabling, 6♠3♠, however it was Samual with the winner who showed down A♣5♠, for a pair of fives, to take the early lead.

Nikolai Mamut struck immediately on the first hand of heads-up action against Faraz Jaka.
Mamut opened to 30,000 from the button with 9♣7♦, and Jaka defended his big blind with K♠2♥.
The dealer fanned K♥9♠J♣ on the flop, giving Jaka top pair to Mamut’s bottom pair. Both players elected to check, though.
The 7♥ then appeared on the turn, which Jaka bet 30,000. Mamut, holding bottom two pair, came over the top with a 150,000 bet. Jaka took a moment before making the call, putting the pot at 360,000.
Jaka checked after the dealer placed 4♦ on the river, and then he faced Mamut’s pot-sized 360,000 bet, which forced Jaka out of the hand and gave Mamut the pot.

Faraz Jaka peeked down at 10♦6♦ on the button and raised to 32,000.
Nikolai Mamut looked down at A♠Q♥ and re-raised to 120,000, which Jaka called.
The dealer placed 9♠K♦9♣ on the flop, keeping Mamut ahead and he made a continuation bet of 60,000, which Jaka called, putting the pot at 360,000.
The 5♠ on the turn slowed down Mamut, who checked. Jaka, though, responded with a 250,000 bet. Mamut took a brief moment before making the call. The A♥ showed up on the river, giving Mamut a hammerlock on the hand.
Mamut made a small 12,000 bet into a pot of 860,000, forcing Jaka to muck his cards.

Darius Samual limped on the button and Artur Martirosian checked. On a flop of J♠7♣4♦, Martirosian check-called a bet of 25,000.
The turn brought the Q♦, and Martirosian check-called again, this time for 75,000.
The river landed the K♥ and Martirosian checked for a third time. Samual fired out a large bet of 350,000 and Martirosian flicked in the call.
Martirosian tabled Q♥4♠ for two pair, and Samual showed 5♠8♣ for a busted gutshot.
