Kruse Bests Vitch on Eye-Catching Board

Level 9
Max Kruse
Max Kruse

Omaha Hi-Lo

On a K♣5♠5♥ board Max Kruse check-called a bet from Chris Vitch. The pair checked the 5♦ turn and the 5♣ completed the board.

Kruse check-called a bet from Vitch, who tabled 2♠2♥J♥A♣ for a full house, fives full of deuces.

Kruse then turned over A♦A♥9♠7♠ for a better full house and took down the pot.

There was some conversation about whether Kruse had the nuts with fives full of aces, before someone at the table clarified that the nuts would have been pocket kings, for kings full of fives.

Korn Is Here To Stay

Level 9

Omaha Hi-Lo

Action was picked up in a four-way pot with David "Bakes" Baker in the big blind and Andres Korn in first position.

The flop of A♠K♠6♦ saw action check to the early position player who moved all in, getting three callers.

On the turn K♦, Baker checked to Korn who bet and everyone else folded.

Early Position: A♣Q♦8♠3♦ All in
Andres Korn: K♣Q♠10♣2♠

The river 9♦ changed nothing and Korn's three kings with a queen was good for the pot.
