Nezer Wins With Nothing at Showdown

Level 9 : Blinds 600/1,200, 1,200 ante

Action was picked up between two players on a board reading J88 and about 8,500 in the middle. A player in the small blind checked and Or Nezer bet 1,500 from the big blind. The small blind raised to 8,500 and Nezer made the call.

On the 2 turn the small blind check-called a 2,000 bet from Nezer.

Both players checked the 6 river. The small blind announced that he had nothing, showing K4 for king-high after missing his flush draw. Nezer mentioned that he also had nothing as he tabled A9 for just ace-high to take down a decent pot.
