Turner Calls All In on the Turn

Level 2 : Blinds 100/200, 200 ante

The player in early position raised and the player on the button three-bet to 2,600. Eric Turner flatted in the small blind and early position four-bet to 10,600. The button folded and Turner called.

The flop came 8Q9 and Turner check-called a bet of 8,000.

On the 9 turn, Turner checked again and early position moved all in for about 17,000, putting himself at risk. Turner thought for a moment, and asked his opponent if he had aces, before flicking in the call.

The river landed the 5 and Turner's two pair, queens and nines, sent his opponent to the rail.

Timm Wins with Trips

Level 2 : Blinds 100/200, 200 ante

Action was caught on the flop of Q7Q, in a hand between Martin Timm in the small blind, the player in the hijack and the player on the button.

With about 6,000 in the pot, it checked through to the 4 turn, where the betting began. Timm led out for a bet of 2,200 and the hijack raised to 6,000. The button got out of the way and Timm called.

The river brought the J, and Timm check-called a bet of 12,000. The hijack turned over KQ, for three of a kind, queens, but Timm had him out kicked with AQ and was awarded the pot.

Grim News for Grim's Opponent

Level 3 : Blinds 200/300, 300 ante

On a board of Q6Q7, Eric Grim, who was under the gun, led out with a bet of 2,500. The player in late position called and the river brought the 2.

Grim led out again, this time for 3,000. Late position opted for a raise to 7,400 and Grim quickly made the call.

Late position tabled QJ for three of a kind, queens, but Grim had him out kicked with QK, to take down the pot.
