Bin Weng had raised from the button and Landen Lucas jammed all in from the small blind for his final 56,000 chips. Weng called and drew one after Lucas had stood pat.

Todd Rohulich raised to 13,000 from the cutoff before Abdel Hamid jammed all in for 39,000 in the big blind. Rohulich made the call and drew one card after Hamid had done so first.

"Oh, sh*t!" Hamid exclaimed as he turned over a 3x for a straight. Rohulich tabled an Ax for an ace-low and eliminated Hamid from the tournament.

Leonard Overbets Number Seven to Score Knockout

Action was picked up on the drawing round in a hand between William Elliott in the cutoff and Patrick Leonard in the big blind.

Leonard drew two and Elliott stood pat.

After he took two, Leonard went for a massive overbet with a lead jam for 136,000 effective to put Elliott at risk. Elliott went deep into the tank as he contemplated the decision for his tournament life.

Elliott eventually announced that he would call and got the bad news immediately as Leonard had made 8x6x5x3x2x for #7 while Elliott had called off with jack-six.

Le then bet out 30,000 chips, half of Patterson's stack. Patterson mulled it over for a bit before tossing in a call.

Le tabled 9x7x6x4x2x for a nine-low and Patterson mucked his cards, leaving himself with five big blinds.

Tzupeng Wang raised to 12,000 under the gun and was called by Dicky Tsang in the cutoff, Alex Epstein on the button, and Robert Wells in the big blind.

Wells drew two, Wang and Tsang pitched one card, and Epstein drew two as well.

Wells then checked to Wang, who fired a bet of 30,000. Tsang was the only caller and Wang showed 6x6x.

Tsang tabled 8x6x5x4x3x for an eight-six, and won the multiway pot to chip up even further on what has been a stellar Day 2 for him so far.

Arriving after the draws had taken place, Chance Kornuth checked out of the small blind to Paul Tedeschi in middle position, who fired a bet of 35,000.

Kornuth then raised to 165,000, leaving only a single chip behind. Tedeschi spent a few minutes in the tank before folding.

"Let's go!" Kornuth cheered, as he tabled his 6x6x for the table to see.
