Joshua Adkins opened to 700,000 from the button with A♣Q♣J♠J♣ and Manh Nguyen called from the big blind with A♠9♣6♠5♣.

There was some confusion on the 10♦7♥5♠ flop, as the button position puzzled Adkins. He led out for 900,000, thinking he was the first to act. Nguyen had yet to make his decision.

It was a complete accident with Adkins apologizing. Nguyen wasn't too bothered and he conceded the pot to his opponent.
