Boyko Doubles; Another Three Bust

Level 21 : Blinds 15,000/30,000, 30,000 ante

Yuriy Boyko raised to 75,000 on the button and then called a pot-sized three-bet by Joshua Adkins in the big blind. Adkins jammed the 1032 flop and Boyko reluctantly called all-in for 415,000 after more than three minutes.

Joshua Adkins: AAKJ

The Q turn and J river gave Boyko a winning flush for the double.

Alec Weller then took on chip leader Jonathan Bowers, who bet the pot on the 944Q8 river. The tank-call of Weller followed and he was shown the A883 for a rivered full house. Weller was disgusted and murmured "I knew you had bullshit" before tossing his cards towards the muck.

They were briefly exposed for what appeared to be a queen-high straight.

Phuoc Vo and Tim Grau also bowed out in quick succession to reduce the field to the final five tables.

Medarov Finds a Non-Believer

Level 21 : Blinds 15,000/30,000, 30,000 ante

With two players seeing a final board of 1084AK and about 350,000 in the middle, Vasil Medarov shoved for 275,000 from the small blind and was called by Andrew Loomis who covered him slightly from early position.

Medarov tabled a flush with K896.

"I had the ace of hearts, didn't believe you" Loomis replied, turning over AAJ4 for top set and a blocker to the nut-flush. Medarov scooped in a full double up while Loomis was left with just 30,000 and was eliminated the next hand.

Fitoussi Busts Loomis; Then Busts to Deak

Level 21 : Blinds 15,000/30,000, 30,000 ante
Bruno Fitoussi
Bruno Fitoussi

In a limped pot to the AQ10 flop, Andrew Loomis got his short stack in out of the blinds with the A1086 for the top and bottom pair. Bruno Fitoussi had the KJ84 for the flopped straight and held on a 8 turn as well as 7 river.

Fitoussi moved up to around 700,000 but those chips then vanished and moved one spot over to Ferenc Deak.

They got it in on the 865 flop with Fitoussi at risk.

Ferenc Deak: AJ66

The 2 turn gave Fitoussi a flush draw but he bricked the 3 river to become the next casualty in 39th place.

A Split Pot and Two Double Ups

Level 21 : Blinds 15,000/30,000, 30,000 ante
Stephen Chidwick

Four ways to the AK3 flop, Elie Nakache bet 125,000 and was called by James Carroll. Filippos Stavrakis in the small blind check-called, as did Manh Nguyen in the big blind.

They headed to the 2 turn on which Stavrakis potted for 630,000, Nguyen got his chips in and the other two players folded.

Manh Nguyen: 5432 All in
Filippos Stavrakis: A854

The J river ensured a split pot.

One table over, Uri Reichenstein tangled with Stephen Chidwick. After action on previous streets, Reichenstein bet just 30,000 on the 1033A2 river. Chidwick raised to 410,000 with one chip behind and Reichenstein called.

Chidwick tabled the AJ1010 for tens full and essentially doubled.

Patrick Kennedy then also doubled on the same table as before when he raised to 105,000 and got his short stack of 365,000 in against Jose Ramon Garcia.

Jose Ramon Garcia: KKQ8

The 10967A runout improved Kennedy to aces and tens for the double.
