This was the second time Bahri had aces this final table and the flop was no sweat when it came down K♣9♥10♥ and it appeared Bahri had just about secured victory when the 8♥ peeled off, giving him the nut flush draw to go with his aces.

The table let out at collective moan when the 6♦ rolled off the deck, giving a lively and lucky Ben Collins a straight on the river.

Bahri took the beat on the chin and every single one of his tablemates took a moment to shake his hand and share empathy at such a tremendously bad beat.
