Barbero Scoops Massive Pot to Lighten the Field and Leave Lonis Short

Level 5 : Blinds 600/1,200, 1,200 ante
Nacho Barbero
Nacho Barbero

Jesse Lonis and Nacho Barbero already had chips in front of them when the player in the big blind raised pot to 40,300. Lonis raised pot again to 133,200 from the cutoff and Barbero called on the button. The big blind called all in for less.

Lonis shoved on the 983 flop and Barbero quickly called all in to put himself at risk.

Big blind: AKQ2All in
Nacho Barbero: 10987All in
Jesse Lonis: AAQJ

Barbero had flopped two pair with an open-ender and the 92 runout improved him to a full house — eliminating the player in the big blind and leaving Lonis short.

Level 5 : Blinds 600/1,200, 1,200 ante

Arieh Takes it Down on the River

Level 5 : Blinds 600/1,200, 1,200 ante

Santhosh Suvarna raised from under the gun and got a call from Josh Arieh in the cutoff, and Erick Lindgren in the big blind.

The three players saw a flop of 727 which checked to Suvarna, who bet 10,500. Both Arieh and Lindgren called.

All three players checked the A turn and saw the 8 fall on the river. Lindgren and Suvarna checked, and Arieh bet 28,000. Neither Lindgren or Suvarna were interested in paying that price to see Arieh's cards, so they both folded.
