The third and final day of Event #78: $1,000 Mini Main Event No-Limit Hold'em gets underway at 2 p.m. today at the Horseshoe and Paris Las Vegas with just five players still in contention, from the 6,076 entries, who are all vying for the top prize of $554,925 from the total prize pool of $5,361,840.
Kyle Williamson leads the pack with 146,300,000 chips, but Georgios Skarparis is only one big blind behind him with a total of 143,700,000. Together, they hold eighty percent of the total chips in play, with Alexandre Barbaranelli a distant third, starting the day with 36,800,000.
With all five remaining players never having earned a bracelet, the excitement is palpable as we are guaranteed to witness a first-time winner today!

The final day is officially underway as the dealer has been instructed to shuffle up and deal.
The action was immediate with three of the five players being short stacked. Alexandre Barbaranelli moved all in from under the gun for 36,800,000 and Dirk Bruns called from the big blind with the lesser stack of 17,500,000.

Kyle Williamson limped the small blind and Mikhail Zavoloka checked his option.
Both players checked to the Q♠J♠5♣A♣ turn, where Williamson led for 3,000,000 and Zavoloka made the call.
When the 9♥ completed the board on the river, Williamson checked and Zavoloka stacked up a bet of 8,200,000 and pushed it across the line. Williamson wasted little time tossing his cards toward the dealer.

Kyle Williamson opened 6,000,000 in the cutoff and Mikhail Zavoloka jammed on the button. Alexandre Barbaranelli asked for a count but ended up folding after being told it was 24,700,000. Williamson made the call and both hands were tabled.

The 9♥7♣6♣ flop gave Zavoloka top set, and Williamson flopped a gutshot straight draw. The 3♠ turn gave Williamson a double gutshot straight draw as he called for a four but the Q♦ river was safe for Zavoloka as he pulled in the double.

Georgios Skarparis has been slowing adding to his massive chip lead. Skarparis raised from under the gun to 8,000,000 and Mikhail Zavoloka called from the big blind. The flop came out with Q♠K♣10♠ and both players checked.
On the turn Q♣ Zavoloka made a move and bet out 7,000,000 and Skarparis did not take long before announcing, "all in", which would be effective 33,000,000. Zavoloka made the fold after contemplating for a few minutes.

Georgios Skarparis limped in from the small blind and called a raise of 10,000,000 from Kyle Williamson in the big blind.
The dealer fanned a flop of 10♥8♣8♠ and Skarparis check-called 10,000,000 from Williamson.
When the 9♦ hit the turn, Skarparis checked once again and Williamson fired 9,500,000. Skarparis stuck around with a call.
The 9♠ paired the board on the river and both players tapped the table. Skarparis tabled 10♠6♠ for top pair on the flop and Williamson mucked his hand.
