Tipping Wins Big With Small Flush

Level 5 : Blinds 300/600, 600 ante

A player in the cutoff had raised over two limpers and was called by Jamie Tipping in the small blind as well as both limpers leaving four players to see a flop of 826.

The player in the cutoff was checked to and bet on both the flop and A turn. The limpers got out of the way on the flop while Tipping called both times leaving players heads up going into the river with around 30,000 in the middle.

On the J river, Tipping shoved for 27,500 sending the player in the cutoff into the tank.

After a couple minutes the cutoff made the call. Tipping tabled 54 for a flush and his opponent's hand hit the muck.

Quads over Full on the Flop

Level 5 : Blinds 300/600, 600 ante

A loud noise emerged from Table 561 as if a crazy action had just happened at the table. In fact, that's exactly what occurred with two players having their cards on their backs on 44Q63.

"Open, called three times, then everybody checked on the flop," explained a player in early position. Michael McWhirter in the big blind seemed to have been the only player who check-called on the turn a bet of Adam Miller in middle position, then both players raised each other and ended up moving all-in on the river.

Adam Miller: QQ All in
Michael McWhirter: 44

Miller flopped a full house, but McWhirter hit quads at the same time. Miller with approximately 73,000 was slightly covered, so he was eliminated.

Wilke Scores a Brutal Knock Out

Level 5 : Blinds 300/600, 600 ante
Dennis Wilke
Dennis Wilke

With two players seeing a board of 26Q22 and a bit over 30,000 already in the middle, a player in middle position checked and Dennis Wilke bet 50,000. His opponent, who had about 30,000 behind, went deep into the tank.

Several minutes went by before the clock was called. Finally, with less than ten seconds remaining, the middle position player made the call and tabled twos full of queens with AQ. Wilke turned over a bigger full house with QQ to send his opponent to the rail and drag in a huge pot.

On a board of 8QK and with roughly 18,000 in the pot, the player in the small blind bet 5,100 and Mateos called from early position.

The 7 on the turn saw both players check for the 6 to appear on the river. The small blind fired out a bet of 11,200 and was met with an instant fold from Mateos.

Oberhauser Gets a Fold

Level 5 : Blinds 300/600, 600 ante

A player opened to 1,300 from the cutoff and was called by a player on the button. Valentin Oberhauser then put in a three-bet to 6,000 out of the small blind only to see a player in the big blind cold four-bet to 11,500. That was met by two quick folds from the cutoff and button players but Oberhauser opted to flat to see a flop.

Oberhauser check-called a 2,600 continuation following the QA7 flop.

Action checked through the 4 turn to the 6 river where Oberhauser bet big, making it 13,500. His opponent only had around 20,000 behind and did not appear thrilled with the situation. After tanking for a couple of minutes, the big blind released their hand to leave themselves short while sending a sizable pot over to Oberhauser.
