George Abi-Zeid was seen pulling in a massive pot in a hand where he knocked out Gene Grieshaber.

With cards still face up at showdown and the board reading 7♣Q♠5♦10♠10♦, Abi-Zeid tabled A♠K♣Q♥5♠ while Grieshaber had K♥Q♦8♣3♦.

Abi-Zeid's two pair, queens and tens, with an ace kicker earned him the pot. After the hand, the dealer counted out the stacks as they were close in size, but Abi-Zeid had Grieshaber covered.

Aces Cracked Sends Makonen to the Rail

There was a limp before Alemu Makonen raised 270,000 in the cutoff. Rajendara Dhar made the call from the small blind and the limper mucked his hand.

The dealer spread a flop of Q♥5♦2♣ and Dhar bet the maximum of 750,000. Makonen called.

Before the 7♥ turn hit the felt, Dhar already shoved a stack across the line, putting Makonen to test for all of his chips. Makonen had about 700,000 remaining and made the call.

Rajendara Dhar: A♠Q♠8♥5♥

Makonen had aces and the nut flush draw but couldn't pull ahead of Dhar's two pair as the 3♦ landed on the river.
