Caputo Makes Quads to Eliminate Chorlian

Level 20 : Blinds 8,000/16,000, 16,000 ante

Brandon Caputo opened 32,000 under the gun and four players made the call.

When the 987 flop hit the felt, Robert Chorlian checked and Caputo continued for 175,000. The action folded back to Caputo and he called off his 18,000.

Robert Chorlian: QJ88 All in
Brandon Caputo: 9966

Both players flopped a set, but Caputo was way out in front with top set. The 9 fell on the turn to give him quads and the 4 river was just a formality as Chorlian headed to the payout desk.

Hafer Triples Up

Level 21 : Blinds 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante

Lukas Hafner committed his last 60,000 preflop with Abdul Almagableh and Bryce Yockey making the call to put him at risk.

Yockey bet enough to put Almagableh all-in on the A92 flop. After a few moments, Almagableh folded and Yockey had the chance to claim Hafner's bounty.

Lukas Hafner: QQ107 All in
Bryce Yockey: 6542

The 6 turn and J river meant Hafner would triple up with a queen-high flush.

Balan Gets the Double

Level 21 : Blinds 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante

Action picked up on the flop in a hand between Kevin Hamacher in the small blind and Michael Balan on the button.

With over 150,000 in the pot and the board reading 1028, the rest of the money went into the middle with Balan at risk.

Michael Balan: KKQ9 All in
Kevin Hamacher: QJ96

The turn landed the 6 and the river brought the 8, and Balan's two pair, kings and eights secured him the double up.

Three players saw the 996Q turn and Grant Wang led for 45,000 from the small blind into the pot of a little more than 100,000. Douglas Rogers got out of the way, and Juan Escamilla called on the button.

The 5 rolled off on the river and Wang continued for 145,000. Escamilla quickly mucked as the dealer pushed the pot to Wang.
