Level 30
John Racener
John Racener

Omaha Hi-Lo

John Racener raised in the cutoff and on the button, David Tarbet called and Gary Bolden defended his big blind.

The flop rolled out 943 and action checked to Racener who bet and only Bolden called.

On the runout of K10, Bolden check-called both streets from Racener and then mucked after seeing Racener table AQ105 for a flush, seeing Racener narrow the gap between himself and Bolden.

Racener Nearly Doubles Through Tarbet

Level 30

Stud Hi-Lo

John Racener completed with a 3 up and David Tarbet called with a 6 up.

John Racener: XxXx/384J/Xx All in
David Tarbet: XxXx/6K7J/Xx

Tarbet check-called a bet on fourth street while fifth and sixth street checked through.

"You have the best hand at the moment," said Racener after Tarbet checked dark on seventh street. Racener looked at his hand and moved all in for his last bet.

"Which way do I need to improve?" asked Tarbet and Racener shrugged. Tarbet peeled his last card and flashed it as a 9, implying he did not make a low or good enough high to call and Racener raked in the pot.

There's never a good way to bust from the World Series of Poker (WSOP) Main Event. But there aren't many ways more soul-crushing than with pocket aces deep on Day 7. Just ask Daniel Zadok.

At the time of publishing, 26 of the record-setting 10,112 players in the $10,000 buy-in world championship event remained. A minimum payout of $350,000 is in store for every player still kicking. Zadok, thanks to an unfortunate flop, is not one of them.
