Zobian Continues to Accumulate

On a board of 8♣6♥J♣7♠, Aram Zobian bet 550,000 into a pot of around 700,000, and Brad Albrinck called.

When the 7♥ hit the river, Zobian shoved for around 1,400,000 effective. Albrinck thought it over for a while before eventually folded.

James Chen opened 100,000 in the cutoff and Aleks Dimitrov called in the small blind before Nick Palma jammed about 950,000 in the big blind. Chen moved all in as well, forcing Dimitrov to fold and both hands were tossed on their backs.

"I'm due to get lucky in one of these spots," Palma said as he saw the cards.

Unfortunately for him this was not the time as the 7♣5♥3♣6♥5♦ run out was no help.

With just 25,000 chips behind, Mateos bet the lot on the 6♥J♠10♦ flop, and Chen called.

Fahredin Mustafov raised from under the gun to 100,000 and Viktor Blom shoved the button for around 1,200,000. Once the blinds folded, Mustafov made the call that put Blom at risk.

They saw a flop of 3♥10♥4♣ which Chen checked, Rocco bet 175,000, and Chen called.

The action then slowed down with both players checking to showdown on the 5♦J♥ runout. Chen tabled 6♣5♠ for a pair of fives, but Rocco had the winner with a pair of queens holding Q♣10♣.

The dealer spread a flop of J♥6♦6♥ and Procop led for 80,000. Chen raised to 200,000 and Procop called.

The 4♣ fell on the turn and check-called a bet of 325,000.

When the 5♣ landed on the river, both players tapped the table. Procop rolled K♥J♣ and Chen mucked his hand.

Albrinck Gets to Showdown

Aram Zobian opened to 100,000 on the button and Brad Albrinck called in the big blind.

The 3♠K♥7♦ flop saw Albrinck check before calling a 85,000 continuation from Zobian.

Zobian bet again after Albrinck checked to him on the A♦ turn, this time making it a hefty 380,000. Albrinck opted to flat to see a river.

Neither player put any more chips in the pot following the 5♥ river. Albrinck flipped over K♣4♦ for second pair, sufficient to take down a sizable pot.
