Jacks Versus Tens With a Few Twists

Level 15 : Blinds 3,000/5,000, 5,000 ante

Turbo Nguyen, who was in the cutoff, and his opponent in the big blind got it all in preflop. They were both fairly short-stacked, but Nguyen was the player at risk.

Turbo Nguyen: JJAll in
Big blind: 1010

Nguyen was ahead before the flop, but not after the dealer opened 1082. Seeing the set made by his opponent prompted Nguyen to get out of his seat to leave.

The turn was the J, however, giving him a better set, so he right sat back down and his opponent started getting up, until he realized that he will have some chips remaining even if he lost. The river was the 8 and Nguyen got the double-up.
