Stefanski Gets Paid on the River with Top Pair

Level 20 : Blinds 8,000/16,000, 16,000 ante

David Stefanski kicked off the action from under the gun with a raise to 32,000, and only Pengfei Wang, defending his big blind, stuck around to see a flop.

The dealer flopped 106J, and both players checked it through.

When the A hit the turn, Wang checked once more, prompting Stefanski to fire 44,000. Wang made the call without much hesitation.

The river brought the 3, and Wang checked for a third time. Stefanski reached for chips again and made a bet worth 77,000. Wang went deep into the tank, clearly wrestling with the decision, but eventually tossed in a call.

Stefanski revealed AK for the top pair, and that was enough. Wang mucked his hand, and the pot was pushed Stefanski’s way.

De La Rosa Scoops the Pot with Pocket Threes

Level 20 : Blinds 8,000/16,000, 16,000 ante

With around 80,000 already in the middle and the flop showing 22J, Francisco De La Rosa checked from the big blind to Nicholas Teeuwen in middle position, who fired a bet of 20,000. De La Rosa responded with a raise to 55,000, and after a brief pause, Teeuwen made the call.

There was roughly 63,000 in the pot on 927 and Martin Kabrhel checked in small blind and Dan Larsen checked in the big blind.

Kabrhel at this point had lost some loose change as he was looking under the table then decided to overbet the pot to 80,000 when the 2 hit the turn. Larsen had other ideas and stuck an "all in" in Kabrhel's eye.

Kabrhel asked, "How can you shove here?" and folded.
