Hoenig Bombs the River on Sternheimer

Level 24
Ryan Hoenig
Ryan Hoenig

Pot-Limit Omaha

Ryan Hoenig raised to 100,000 in the cutoff and Philip Sternheimer called in the big blind.

The flop came 10K3 and Hoenig continued for 80,000. Sternheimer called and the A fell on the turn.

Hoenig then bet 240,000 and Sternheimer again called. The river was the 9 and Hoenig slid forward 500,000.

Sternheimer ripped off his sunglasses for the first time at this final table and stared across the table at Hoenig for a minute before folding as Hoenig took down the pot.
