Oconnell Doubles with Rivered Full House

Level 21 : Blinds 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante

Play was already ongoing on a three-handed table on a board of J869 with a pot of bout 100,000 when Dennis Krusch in the big blind led out with 65,000 which Drew Oconnell, on the button, called.

The river 9 got another 200,000 from Krusch after he asked Oconnell how much he had behind. Oconnell replied by initially pushing in 350,000 chips leaving behind one 5,000-chip. But the dealer announced all-in. At first Oconnell protested but the dealer explained that it had to be all in for it to be a legal raise.

Oconnell placed in the last chip and the hands were tabled. Oconnell tabled 88 for a rivered full house which evoked a "Sch**sse!" from Tom Verbruggen in german when Krusch showed 107 for a turned straight.
