The first ever PLO Double Board Bomb Pot tournament at the 2025 World Series of Poker saw 162 players return to Horseshoe and Paris Las Vegas for Day 2, already in the money and looking for a deep run.

After 10 levels of play in Event #24: $1,500 Pot-Limit Omaha Double Board Bomb Pot, 25K Fantasy player Xixiang Luo bagged a slim chip lead with 5,630,000.

Luo is the only remaining player with multiple bracelets among the final 13 contenders, and sits just in front of Day 1 chip leader Samuel Stranak (5,570,000).

The final day will see a total of six WSOP bracelet winners looking to add to their collection of hardware, a list that includes Ian Matakis. The 2023 WSOP Player of the Year sits fourth in chips with 3,470,000,

Others on that list of previous WSOP champions are Robert Klein (3,150,000), Robert Nehorayan (2,235,000), Bjorn Verbakel (1,845,000), and Danny Wong (1,375,000).

Plenty of notable players returned to action on Day 2, but fell short of the final two tables. That group includes five-time bracelet winner Michael Mizrachi, David “ODB” Baker, Nacho Barbero, 2024 WSOP Main Event runner-up Jordan Griff, and Christian Harder.

Another well-known player in the field was David Williams. Williams was among the tournament chip leaders earlier in the day, but ultimately went out in 24th place.
