Rheem Takes Biggest Pot of Heads-Up

Level 24

Chino Rheem: 10105 / 9Q34
Nick Guagenti: K84 / 8595

Chino Rheem completed and called when Nick Guagenti raised. Both players checked on fourth street and then Rheem check-raised on fifth street. Guagenti called.

Sixth street checked through to seventh, and this time Guagenti check-raised. Rheem left his seat, convinced Guagenti had a monster. In the end he called and Guagenti tabled eights up. Rheem had that beat with a flush to take the biggest pot of heads-up thus far.

Cries of nit-roll came from the rail.

Guagenti Wins the First Showdown with Betting

Chino Rheem: 10Xx / 8K108 / Xx
Nick Guagenti: AJ6 / 88QA

In a limped pot, the action checked through on fourth. On fifth, Guagenti check-called a bet.

Sixth and seventh checked through as Guagenti tabled his two pair, aces and eights, which bested the two pair of Rheem, tens and eights, as somehow only one bet went into the middle from each.

A lot of pots have been checked down, with minimal action taking place. However, the table chat between the pair has at least been entertaining.
