Taylor Sends Yu and Bretzfield Out

Level 24 : Blinds 20,000/40,000, 40,000 ante
Matthew Bretzfield
Matthew Bretzfield

Pot-Limit Omaha

Benjamin Yu made it 140,000 from early position, with around 40,000 behind. Matthew Bretzfield then three-bet to 375,000 from the hijack, before Samuel Taylor shoved in the big blind with a huge stack. Yu called off, and Bretzfield also put in his stack of around 800,000, which created a three-way all-in pot.

Benjamin Yu: QQ106 All in
Matthew Bretzfield: AK109 All in
Samuel Taylor: AAQ7

Taylor had a shot at eliminating two players, and took a huge leap toward doing so when the 3A7 flop hit the felt.

"Nobody runs better than you, buddy,", said Bretzfield once the flop was revealed. The 76 runout left Taylor with top boat, and both Yu and Bretzfield hit the rail.

Frohli Runs Into Wenicker's Cowboys

Level 24 : Blinds 20,000/40,000, 40,000 ante

No-Limit Hold'em

Marc Wenicker made it 105,000 to go from middle position and Andreas Frohli shoved around 850,000 from the hijack. When it got back to Wenicker, he snap-called for slightly more.

Andreas Frohli: 77 All in
Marc Wenicker: KK

Frohli was in bad shape and even his suits were covered, eliminating any possibility of him winning with a flush. The runout of QJJ86 didn't offer anything in the way of assistance, and once the stacks were counted down, Frohli was eliminated.

Dan Rivers a Straight to Double

Level 23 : Blinds 15,000/30,000, 30,000 ante

Pot-Limit Omaha

On a flop of 3Q10, Iman Dan committed his stack of around 300,000 from the cutoff and was put at risk by Jonathan Dull on the button.

Iman Dan: KJ96 All in
Jonathan Dull: AKQ5

Dull had the best of it, but had to fade a lot of outs as Dan had a wrap. The 10 on the turn changed nothing, but the 9 river completed Dan's straight, which left Dull with just ten big blinds.
