The 9♦ paired the board on the turn and Galiana check-called a bet of 250,000 to the 5♦ river, where both checked it down. Roberts showed his hand and raked the pot with a pair of fives.

Galiana checked again to Roberts when the J♠ hit the river and Roberts bet 600,000, Galiana snap called but got shown the bad news.

The flop came 7♥3♠J♣ and both checked to the 4♠ turn. Galiana led for 550,000 and Roberts stuck around to watch the K♣ drop on the river. Galiana checked and Roberts knuckled back, allowing Galiana to take it down with his pair of threes.

They both flopped a piece on 4♥7♠K♠ and checked to the 4♦ turn. Normand fired out 250,000 with his trips and Galiana called to the 9♥ river. Normand put in a sneaky check and Galiana bet 875,000, then was faced with a raise as Normand made it 3,175,000.

Galiana was in the tank for around two minutes and didn't look any closer to making a decision. Eventually, after a further few minutes, Galiana did eventually lay it down.

Normand had the lead with his ace-high and stayed in front after the deal spread J♦3♠3♣. A 5♣ on the turn paired Normand, but didn't change the fact that Mao needed a ten or a nine to stay alive.

Unfortunately for the Mao, a Q♦ rolled off on the river, meaning he was out in 4th.
