Seiver Caught Bluffing in Three-Way Pot; Negreanu Calls Down Foxen
Scott Seiver, Darren Elias, and Stephen Moreschi went three-handed to the draw where Seiver and Moreschi drew one and Elias took two. Seiver then led out for 7,000 from the small blind.
Elias called in the hijack, while Moreschi also called in the cutoff. "I can't win," Seiver said, instantly mucking his cards. Moreschi showed 9x8x7x6x3x and Elias also mucked.
"Why didn't one of you raise? It was my only way to win," Seiver added after the hand.
At another table, Daniel Negreanu and Alex Foxen were heads-up when Foxen bet 20,000 after the draw. Negreanu called.
"I win," Foxen said.
"No you don't," Negreanu replied, showing 9x7x6x5x4x. Foxen mucked a 9-8.
"Notice how I didn't put the chips in? It's because i was sure they were coming back," Negreanu added.
