Jason Koon raised to 425,000 on the button and Andrew Lichtenberger called from the small blind. They went heads-up to a flop of J♠10♠6♠ and both players checked to the 9♣ on the turn.

Lichtenberger checked again and Koon tossed in a bet of 550,000. Lichtenberger called and the Q♥ completed the board. Lichtenberger checked for the third time and Koon sized up a bet of 1,100,000. Lichtenberger gave it the full attention of 30 seconds before disposing his cards into the muck.

Lichtenberger moved all in for 2,800,000 on the river 7♥ and Boika called.

The flop came 7♠7♣5♠ and the action checked through to the 4♦ on the turn. Boika checked again and Lichtenberger put together a bet of 675,000. Boika quickly folded and the two remaining hands were tabled.

The flop rolled out K♣8♠7♦ and Koon checked over to Blom who bet 320,000. Koon responded with a raise to 1,000,000 and Blom called.

On the turn 7♥, Koon bet 2,000,000 and Blom wasted little time in calling.

Koon moved all in for 4,700,000 effective on the river 8♦ and Blom went into the tank. After some time debating, Koon folded his hand and the chip leader extended his lead over the final table.
