Anthony Ribeiro Eliminated in 10th Place ($7,305)

Level 24 : Limits 40,000/80,000, 0 ante
Anthony Ribeiro
Anthony Ribeiro

After losing a few consecutive small pots to Nicholas Tsoukalas, Adam Tyburski and Chris Hunichen, Anthony Ribeiro found himself short-stacked. He raised from the button and Nicholas Tsoukalas defended from the big blind.

The flop came 765 and Tsoukalas checked. Ribeiro bet and Tsoukalas raised. Ribeiro three-bet all in for just 35,000 more and Tsoukalas called to put him at risk.

Nicholas Tsoukalas: J7 All in
Anthony Ribeiro: A5

Ribeiro was behind with bottom pair against Tsoukalas' top pair and Tsoukals improved to trips on the 7 turn, leaving Ribeiro drawing dead. After the 4 rolled off on the river Ribeiro was eliminated, while Tsoukalas took down another decent pot.
