Moorman Hitting the Showers, Kornuth Building Momentum

Level 18 : Blinds 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante
Chance Kornuth
Chance Kornuth

Chris Moorman was all in from early position for 180,000, Chance Kornuth was also all in from late position for 117,000, and Carter Jones made the call from the small blind to potentially bust out two players.

Chance Kornuth: AA All in
Chris Moorman: 66
Carter Jones: KK

The board was 8758Q and aces held, giving Kornuth the best two pair and a much-needed chip boost. Jones took a significant hit to his stack, although he won a small side pot of 63,000, and his railing buddies instructed Moorman, "Go hit the showers."

Hasson Forces a Fold

Level 18 : Blinds 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante

Action was picked up with a flop of 1025 and a pot of 100,000. Heads-up, Cooper Feltham check-called Ori Hasson's bet of 22,000.

The same thing happened when Hasson bet 54,000 on the turn A.

Getting another check on the river J, Hasson took a few seconds to think of his next move. He added another 210,000 in the pot. Feltham considered his action and counted his chips behind realizing that a call would effectively put him all-in.

He finally folded his hand and surrendered the pot the Hasson.

Up, Up, Up and Finally Away

Level 18 : Blinds 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante

Alexander Massman tried unsuccessfully to leave the table on three consecutive hands. The fourth time was a charm.

First he thought he was out when he went all in against Anatoly Nikitin. He put on his backpack and stood to exit. But he had Nikitin covered, so had to sit back down with just 16,000 chips.

He went all in on the next hand and again stood to leave, but learned he chopped the pot. He hit a pair of queens on his third straight all-in to stay alive.

The next hand against Xinze Li didn't work out so well.

Alexander Massman: K3All in
Xinze Li: AQ

The runout 4KQ109 gave Li a flush, and Massman was finally able to leave.

Cazayous Scoops a Tidy Pot

Level 18 : Blinds 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante

Thomas Cazayous raised from early position to 24,000, and Lirui Zhang made the call from the big blind. The flop went A33, and Zhang checked into Cazayous, who continued with 22,000. Zhang called.

The turn 4 had Zhang check-call again when Cazayous bet 40,000.

On the river 9 Zhang gave a check and stared at his opponent, but that didn't faze Cazayous from moving all in for 113,000. Zhang made the call but mucked when Cazayous turned over AQ for two pair.

Krause Catches a Breath of Life

Level 18 : Blinds 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante

Cody Krause had his short stack all in and at risk against Anatoly Nikitin.

Cody Krause: AQ All in
Anatoly Nikitin: 77

The flop fanned out 52J, followed by the 4, all safe for Nikitin, but the Q gave Krause a breath of live as he paired his queen.

Foxen Keeps Building

Level 18 : Blinds 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante
Kristen Foxen
Kristen Foxen

Kristen Foxen raised to 24,000 under the gun and Kevin Eyster defended his big blind.

The AQ6 hit the felt and Eyster check-called a bet of 16,000.

The turn peeled the 3 and Eyster checked once more. This time, he folded after Foxen bet 28,000.

It seems the bubble was good to Foxen as she continues to gain momentum, approaching the million mark.
