Christopher Carlson opened under the gun and was called by Daniel Zack on the button and Jordan Siegel in the big blind to create a pot of 17,000.
On the A♣Q♠J♠ flop, the action checked to Carlson, who bet 6,000. Zack called before Siegel check-raised to 35,000 with just 11,500 behind. Carlson got out of the way before Zack went into the tank. He ultimately decided to stick the rest in and the hands were tabled.
Jordan Siegel: A♦K♥10♠3♣
Daniel Zack: A♥J♥J♣8♠
Zack had flopped bottom set, but ran into Siegel's Broadway. Zack did not fill up on the 6♥2♦ runout and Siegel got the full double.

Philip Sternheimer made it 8,500 to go from middle position with Paul Volpe calling from the hijack, Dan Heimiller calling out of the small blind, and Dong Chen defending his big blind.
After Heimiller checked the Q♦8♦9♥ flop, Chen bet 36,500 with just a few chips behind. Sternheimer potted it, forcing Volpe and Heimillier to fold. Chen called and the cards were flipped up.
Dong Chen: Q♣J♠J♦7♦
Philip Sternheimer: A♠A♦J♣4♦
Sternheimer had aces and flush draw, so Chen needed some help to survive. The rest of the board ran out 4♣6♥ and Sternheimer's aces held up, sending Chen for an early bath.
