Pleasure Doing Business

Level 15 : 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante

Action was folded around to Daniel Fisher who open jammed for his last 98,000 from late position and Yilong Wang snap called from the big blind.

Daniel Fisher: AKxAll in
Yilong Wang: KK

An interesting flop of AQ10 peeled off and sent Fisher into the lead, and when the A came on the turn, he was looking good for a double up and also turned a royal flush draw.

The J dropped on the river and gave both players a straight, and the pot was chopped. "An Absolute Pleasure Doing Business With You" remarked Fisher to Wang as they both stacked up half the pot.

No Spade on the River Sends Manns to the Rail, Tam More than Doubles

Level 14 : 3,000/5,000, 5,000 ante

Laksh Singh raised from late position to 10,000, and Kenneth Tam called from the cutoff. Donald Manns on the button then moved all in for his last 28,000. Singh and Tam both called.

The flop came Q610 and Singh bet out for 22,000, which Tam called. The A fell on the turn, and now Singh bet out 72,000, which was enough to put Tam all in. Tam called.

Donald Manns: K2All in
Kenneth Tam: A10All in
Laksh Singh: Q9

No spade on the river when the 9 fell and Tam's two pair held on to give him a full double up and more, and also send Manns to the rail.

Poker Traveler: Building Momentum in the Right Direction

Level 14 : 3,000/5,000, 5,000 ante
Cedrric Trevino
Cedrric Trevino

Dylan Hortin raised to 10,000 from middle position and was called by Andy Tsai in the small blind and Cedric Trevino in the big blind.

The dealer fanned a K58 flop, and all three players checked.

The turn brought the 9. Action checked to Hortin, who bet 13,000. Tsai folded, and Trevino made the call.

Both players checked on the A river. Trevino tabled 78, and his pair of eights was good for the win. Known to some as the "Poker Traveler," Trevino is hoping to take a trip to the final table of Event #37—but only time will tell
