It took a long while before the dealer let Lucas Martin and Diego Aro play the hand in such a big field. Martin went all in in the cut off and got called by Aro in the big blind.

Once the players flipped their cards, the room got excited because it was a classic battle, aces versus kings.

During hand-for-hand play during bubble time, Alli Mallu bet 120,000 on a pot of 400,000 with a board of J♦3♦8♥J♠A♥. Igor Picone, his heads-up opponent, went into the tank to consider his options. Finally he made the call.

The moment Picone called, however, Mallu immediately mucked his hand. Picone turned over Q♦7♦ for queen-high.
