Caleb Furth, known to most as Bruno, had already proven his chops on the felt before the 2025 World Series of Poker (WSOP). But he's taken his game to the next level this summer — or about three levels — and he might be just getting started.
The Las Vegas local won his first bracelet last year, a $265,361 score for taking down the $1,500 Pot-Limit Omaha Hi-Lo 8 or Better event, beating out 1,277 entrants. That victory was just the start of much bigger things to come.
Kenja Wiseman in the hijack found himself at risk for 900,000 against Daniel Grassi to his right.
Kenja Wiseman: A♥K♥
Daniel Grassi: K♠K♦
Wiseman was on the edge of elimination on J♣3♦9♣7♦, but he was lucky to hit the A♣ river to secure a double up.

Joshua Suyat raised to 80,000 from late position and was called by Stephen Foutty in the cutoff.
The players saw a K♦K♣3♣ flop, Suyat bet 60,000, and Foutty called.
The turn was the 5♥, this time Suyat checked and Foutty placed a wager, to the tune of 130,000, and Suyat called.
Action checked through on the 7♠ river. Foutty tabled 8♦8♥ which was good enough to win the hand.

Paul Reynolds jammed for 465,000 from the cutoff. Miguel Faria Lopes in the small blind went into the tank and called.
Paul Reynolds: K♠10♣
Miguel Faria Lopes: A♣10♥
"A king please, sir," Reynolds asked to the dealer. He was not heard as an ace appeared on a flop of A♦Q♦6♠. Reynolds then asked for a jack, but the 9♠9♥ runout didn't give him any satisfaction and he was eliminated.

Matthew Perez raised from late position to 80,000 only for Zi Long Zhang to three-bet to 250,000 from the button. Perez called.
The flop came 3♦J♣6♦, and Perez check-called Zhang's 165,000 continuation bet. Both players checked the 5♦ turn, and when the 5♣ came on the river, Perez went into the tank for two to three minutes before he announced all in.
This sent Zhang into the tank for some time, and he asked for the count, which was 460,000. He thought some more and made the call, tabling A♣Q♦ for ace-high. Perez turned over Q♣K♣ for king-high, and Zhang was shipped the pot and sent Perez to the rail.
