Flush Over Flush for Friedman
Level 6
Blinds: 800-1,500
Limits: 1,500-3,000
Limits: 1,500-3,000
A preflop raising battle had already taken place, and the board read 3♠2♣4♣. Aaron Kupin checked from the big blind, and Philip Long bet out from under the gun, only for Adam Friedman to raise from middle position. Kupin and Long called.
The 3♣ came on the turn, and Kupin checked again. Long bet and again, Friedman raised. Kupin got out of the way now, and Long called. The J♣ fell on the river, and now Long decided to slow down a bit and check-called Friedman's river bet. Long tabled K♣K♠ but was way behind as Friedman flipped over A♣A♠.
