Heavy Hitters at Table #265

Level 5
Allen Kessler
Allen Kessler

A cast of familiar faces can be seen at table #265, including the red-hot Ryan Hoenig coming off his first bracelet in the $10,000 Dealers Choice, the fan-favorite Allen Kessler, mixed-games crusher Nicolas Milgrom, and William Lahti.

Allen Kessler: Ax5x / 4x2x4x7x / 10x
Mark Provenzano: Ax6xXx / Ax4x3x4x
Ryan Hoenig: XxXx / 8x7x - folded on fourth street

Allen Kessler completed, Mark Provenzano called, and Hoenig called with the 8.

"This is my lucky card," Hoenig added.

Kessler bet on fourth, Provenzano called, and Hoenig disappointingly folded.

Provenzano took the betting led on fifth after Kessler paired, and he called.

Provenzano check-called on sixth and seventh street checked through.

Provenzano revealed that he bricked on seventh after drawing to a six, and Kessler scooped the pot with his seven.

"I had the best hand the entire time," Kessler pointed out. "I started with these four cards," highlighting the five-four-deuce-ace start.

Burke Takes It on Fifth After Dealer Error

Level 5
William Burke
William Burke

Over at Table #297, one of the dealers had made a slight mistake and had given each player one down card and one up card. Brad Ruben called the floor over and they instructed the dealer to give everybody a down card and resume play from there.

William Burke: XxXx / 6x10x4x
Eugene Katchalov: XxXx / 3x3x8x - folded on fifth street

Once each player had the right amount of cards, there was a bring in before William Burke completed. Eugene Katchalov called and called another bet on fourth.

When fifth street arrived, Burke was reaching for chips to bet, but before he could even throw it in, Katchalov folded.

Wheely Good Hand for Dimitrov

Level 5

Dimitre Dimitrov: Ax2x / 8x3x4x5x / Qx
Colton Blomberg: XxXx / 10x6xQx - folded on fifth street
Ruiko Mamiya: XxXx / Kx9x - folded on fourth street
Pablo Quintana: XxXx / 8x3x7x4x / Xx
Umeme Hoye: XxXx / Ax8x - folded on fourth street

Action picked up on fourth street in a family pot of sorts as it went five ways.

Dimitrov led with a bet, Blomberg called, Mamiya folded, Quintana called, and Hoye folded.

Dimitrov led again on fifth and only Quintana called.

Quintana called two more bets on sixth and seventh, only for Dimitrov to announce, "Wheel," as he revealed his hole cards to show the good 'ole number one, as he scooped a big pot to soar up the counts.

Jason Mendoza: XxXx/9x4x8x5x/Xx
Emerick Wiaterek: XxXx/Ax3x6x10x/Xx
Scott Silverman: XxXx/2xKx7x4x/Xx

Mendoza checked over seventh street with Silverman checking behind and Wiaterek bet. Mendoza called while Silverman folded.

"Paired up," lamented Wiaterek and Mendoza turned over Jx3xAx for an eight-five which was good for the pot.

Adam Owen: XxXx / 9x9x10xKx - folded on sixth street
Murilo Figueredo: 5x4x3x / 7xQx6x10x
