Pisarenko Plays in Kessler's Honor
Allen Kessler came by to watch this table as action went on Maksim Pisarenko. He slammed in all of his chips from the cutoff before the dealer correctly made him put in just 42,000. Nathaniel Wiesner then potted to 142,000 in the big blind and Pisarenko called.
"Allen, don't go. This is for you," a tablemate said going to the flop.
"If I have it, I go all in. If I don't, I fold. No bluffs," Pisarenko said as the flop came K♣5♦4♥. Wiesner then moved all in and Pisarenko called for an additional 100,000.
Maksim Pisarenko: A♦J♦9♥8♦2♥
Nathaniel Wiesner: A♥A♠7♠5♥2♦
Wiesner was ahead with his aces as the 6♦ fell on the turn to give both players the low and Pisarenko a flush draw. The river was the K♦ and Pisarenko made his flush to secure three-quarters of the pot.
"Good job, buddy. Good job," a dejected Wiesner said as he handed over most of the pot.
