Matthew Beinner and Brad Ruben were heads-up on a board of 8♥3♣4♠4♣ when Ruben potted for 75,800 in the small blind. Beinner called in the big blind.
The river was the 7♦ and Ruben moved all in for around 20,000 more. Beinner snap-called with A♣7♣7♥5♠2♠ for a full house and nut low, while Ruben had A♥Q♣6♥5♣2♣ for the same low to salvage a quarter of the pot.
Nick Guagenti opened to 2,500 from under the gun, with only Gus Hansen calling in the big blind.
Hansen led out for 2,200 on the J♣J♥6♠ flop before Guagenti tossed out a raise to 6,600. After taking some time, Hansen announced pot, taking down the hand as Guagenti let it go.
Richie Allen raised to 2,500 in the hijack and Allen Kessler called in the cutoff.
The flop came K♦K♣8♦ and Allen continued for 3,000. Kessler called and they both checked the 7♠ turn.
Allen also checked the A♣ river and Kessler bet 15,000. Allen called and tabled A♠J♥7♦4♥2♥ for two pair, while Kessler had A♦J♣10♥3♠2♣ for the same two pair and a low to take three-quarters of the pot.
Four players saw a flop of J♣7♥6♣ when Matthew Beinner bet 5,000 from middle position. Michael Gentry then moved all in for 15,000 in the hijack and the table folded back to Beinner who called.
Michael Gentry: A♠K♦10♥4♥2♥
Matthew Beinner: A♦A♣Q♣Q♦8♠
Gentry needed to improve against Beinner's aces, but he found no help on the 6♠ turn and K♥ river as Beinner scored the knockout.
Action was four-way to the 2♥2♣J♦ flop, where a round of checks saw the 6♠ hit the turn.
Xixiang Luo led out for 2,400 from the small blind and Magnus Edengren folded in the big blind. Matthew Beinner made the call in the hijack, as did Michael Gentry in the cutoff.
Luo checked the 8♦ river before Beinner announced pot. Gentry moved his last 7,500 in and Luo got out of the way.
Beinner tabled A♠9♠8♠5♦2♠ for a full house, while Gentry showed A♥K♥J♠10♦4♠ to make the best low and stay alive.
Peter Neff and Max Hoffman were heads-up on a flop of 8♦3♥7♣ when Hoffman got his last 40,000 in from the small blind as Neff put him at risk on the button.
Max Hoffman: A♠Q♣Q♦6♥5♥
Peter Neff: A♣10♠5♦3♠2♦
Hoffman had the high with two queens and a straight draw, while Neff already had the nut low. The 10♥ turn improved Neff to two pair and left him poised to scoop the pot, while the K♦ river was no help to Hoffman and he was sent to the rail.
Lucas Zwingmann-Gocht raised to 3,500 in the hijack and Dario Sammartino three-bet to 12,000 in the cutoff. Zwingmann-Gocht called and they saw a flop of 3♣Q♦10♥.
Sammartino then moved all in for 21,000 and Zwingmann-Gocht quickly called.
Dario Sammartino: A♥K♦Q♥4♥2♦
Lucas Zwingmann-Gocht: A♦J♣8♣4♠3♣
Sammartino was ahead with top pair, while the rest of the board came 4♦J♦ to also give him a flush and secure his double up.
