Phil Hellmuth

Omaha Hi-Lo

Phil Hellmuth raised in the hijack and Jason Daly defended his big blind.

Daly checked on the flop of Q9Q and Hellmuth checked back. Daly checked again on the 7 turn and Hellmuth bet. Daly tanked and then called.

Daly then led with a bet on the 5 river and Hellmuth called. Daly showed A866 for a rivered straight and Hellmuth mucked KK10Xx in frustration before taking a lap while waving his hands in the air.

"They f***ing play so bad," Hellmuth said quietly to himself. "You check back the flop ... Ah, you can't help yourself ... alright, if you want to give me the chips, I accept, Jason. Give me the f***ing chips. If you want to do weird f***ing sh**, good luck. If you guys want to overbet, and overbet and overbet, go ahead."

Hellmuth's Rant Continues

Kevin Choi raised under the gun and Phil Hellmuth called in the small blind. Phil Hellmuth check-raised Choi on the 992 flop before he check-called Choi's bets on the 4 turn and 3 river.

Kyte Short After Getting Quartered

Level 29

Omaha Hi-Lo

Tobias Hausen raised under the gun, and Jon Kyte and Kevin Choi called in the blinds. It checked to Hausen on the 5K6 flop, and he fired a bet. Kyte and Choi both called to the 3 turn, where Hausen bet again after two checks.

Kyte still called, but Choi gave up and mucked. Kyte check-called one more time on the 5 river, but only got half of his chips back when his A1084 got quartered by Hausen's AKK4.

Phil Hellmuth raised in early position and Kevin Choi called on the button.

Hellmuth bet on the flop of A410 and Choi called, and the same action took place on the 5 turn. Hellmuth bet once more on the Q river and Choi called.

Hellmuth showed A1073 for aces up and a seven low, which was good for three quarters as Choi showed the same low with A873.

"Station," Choi laughed after his call-down.

Hellmuth Flops Nut Flush, Loses to Runner-Runner Full House

Level 30
Jon Kyte
Jon Kyte

Omaha Hi-Lo

Phil Hellmuth raised on the button and Jon Kyte moved all in for 295,000 in the small blind. Kevin Choi called in the big blind.

Choi checked on the flop of 9J7 and Hellmuth bet. Choi called. Choi then led out on the 7 turn and Hellmuth raised. Choi called.

Choi checked on the 2 river and Hellmuth bet. Choi called. Hellmuth emphatically announced the nut flush with A1064 to beat out the second nut flush of Choi with AK86. But only the side pot would be going Hellmuth's way as Kyte slowly revealed QJ42 for a runner-runner full house to triple up.

Hellmuth kept his cool and seemed content with the big side pot. But the Poker Brat just couldn't help himself. "If I win that, I'm over 5 million and in this thing."
