Andrew Yeh: XxXx / 3xKx
Joao Vieira: XxXx / JxKx - folded on fourth street

Joao Vieira was the bring-in, putting the action on Brian Yoon, who quickly folded. Brian Rast followed suit.

Andrew Yeh called, and Vieira mistakenly thinking Yeh had raised, mucked his hand.

Several players at the table pointed out that there had been no raise, prompting Vieira to ask the dealer if he could retrieve his cards. They hadn’t been fully mixed into the muck and were easily identifiable.

The floor was called for a ruling. After assessing the situation, they ruled that Vieira could have his hand back since his Jx had not been flipped and the cards were still clearly retrievable. Had he turned over his upcard, the decision would’ve gone the other way.

With that, Vieira folded to a bet on fourth street.
